Der Diskurs über die Entwicklung des afrikanischen Kontinents wird bis heute von westlichen/nördlichen "Expert/innen" und Institutionen dominiert, eines der effektivsten Herrschaftsinstrumente des Westens in der post-kolonialen Ära.
