Geschichte Afrikas
Afrikas Geschichtsschreibung ist durch die Kolonialmächte verfälscht worden. Seit den Unabhängigkeiten afrikanischer Länder (und auch schon vorher) bemühen sich eine Vielzahl von Institutionen darum, Afrikas Geschichte aus afrikanischer Perspektive zu schreiben. In diesem Kontext war das UNESCO Projekt "General History of Africa" ein Meilenstein. Auf dieser Seite finden sich Analysen zu verschiedenen Aspekten und Epochen der afrikanischen Geschichte.
