À l'occasion du "Paradigme des Technologies Vertes" discuté en cette année 2012 à Rio+20 et surtout du dénommé „consensus atomique“ et du tournant énergétique engagé en Allemagne depuis Fukushima, AfricAvenir analyse les conséquences sociales, écologiques et économiques des "Technologies Vertes" sur l'Afrique. Ce tournant écologique dote-t-il également l'Afrique d'un potentiel porteur de développement, ou bien le continent devra-t-il faire face à une nouvelle „fuite des ressources“ et qui maintiendra le niveau de pauvreté malgré une richesse énergétique indiscutable, tout comme le niveau de manque malgré une situation d'excédent énergétique certaine ?
