In the framework of the project Re/Visions - African Perspectives on Contemporary Arts, AfricAvenir presents the following Web-Dossier with contributions by Youma Fall, Didier Houédouné, Shailja Patel, Gabi Ngcobo and J. Enoka Ayemba. Unfortunately the dossier has not as yet been translated into all three languages of this website, so that only the German version is complete. Ausgehend von Filmausschnitten, Fotos und Audiomaterial führt uns  die Gruppe Remember Resistance durch unterschiedliche Stationen: Filmproduktionen kongolesischer Filmemacher zwischen Kinshasa und Brüssel, koloniale Präsenzen im heutigen Brüssel, eine aktuelle Rede des französischen Staatspräsidenten, der in Dakar seine neo-kolonialen Anforderungen und Prognosen für die globalisierte Zukunft formuliert – und eine mögliche Antwort darauf, die Patrice Lumumba schon mit seiner wichtigen Rede zur Unabhängigkeit 1960 gegeben hat. |+| zum Dossier
